Physical strength: At least Multi Block+ with Hiruko (Nonchalantly deflected a demon shuriken thrown by Kyuubi enraged Naruto with his tail), higher with 3rd kazekage puppet (Easily broke through same tail through which he deflected Naruto's shuriken)
Attack Potency: Town with Hiruko (Stomped Kankuro), Town+ with 3rd Kazekage (3rd Kazekage was hailed to be the strongest kazekage in Suna's history), likely higher with his own body. Unknown with his Hundred Puppets technique (took down a small nation on his own, however power of said nation and its military was unknown). His poison somewhat bypasses durability
Durability: At least Multi Block+ (Being a puppet makes him difficult to kill, his core which is the only living part of his body must be destroyed to keep him down. Can simply draw pieces of his body back together if smashed apart and is capable of transferring his core to other puppets in a split second, allowing him to abandon a body that is damaged beyond repair or incapacitated.)

Intelligence: Very high, highly analytical, cunning and a master of poisons with a vast knowledge on the human body. Highly skilled in the use of puppets, he has tremendous skill with chakra threads suppressing them to the point that they become invisible and can control upwards to 100 puppets, a feat thought impossible for ordinary shinobi.
Stamina: Nigh-limitless (Being a puppet means he isn't hindered by regular human limitations such as fatigue, muscle failure, loss of blood, wounds or pain.)
Range: Extended melee with Hiruko, Dozens of meters with 3rd Kazekage's Iron Sand, Tens of meters with his flame throwers, Unknown with his Hundred puppets technique, but likely in kilometers (Took down a small country with it)
Weakness: If his core of living flesh is destroyed he dies, on his main body the core is exposed.
